Interview
It wasn't anything worth writing about.Just a run-of-the-mill process to recruit sheeps for the mill in 2013.
In 2015, when they started recruiting again, they changed the processes a little more but still hired sheeps for the mill.
1.Written test - General aptitude
2.Interview - Manager + One Analyst
Questions on projects, few puzzles.The answers to the puzzles were like the punch-lines of really bad jokes but that is the kind of questions that the management was interested in.
3.Final Interview - Sr Manager + Manager
Stock questions around Why AIG, why this field, talk about your projects.
Pro Tip : Learn a bit of Excel before you attend these interviews esp. vlookup,pivot tables and pro-rating values. Learn the definitions of inner join,outer join and a few other basic SQL commands and generously drop them during your interview and they will be easily sold.
