Interview
Phone interview followed by two face to face interviews. Got to the final round yet I haven't received any feedback for 6 weeks despite multiple chasers - response has been that they're still interviewing which is pretty bad form.
Average. Asked about competency, soft skills, and the situational questions. The process was longer than expected but overall it was a usual experience I've had with other employers. Do your company research. If it aligns then go for it.

Initial screening with HR for 20 min. then Video interview on behavioural, situational, competency and fit. Explore challenges, leadership and influencing capability. this was for internal relocation. answer clearly, don’t feel the need to fill all time, use examples from your resume
