I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AIG (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
Attended career fair in New York City and spoke with an HR director at AIG's booth. That day, was asked to interview on the spot. They actually interviewed me for the wrong position (Risk Management), but they asked very basic resume questions for the most part and my report was transferred to the Finance division where they offered me a position 2 weeks later.
