I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied online through careers website, got invited to an interview a week or so later. Came in and talked to an on campus HR lady. She was very nice and the interview went really well at least in my eyes. She told me she would contact me within a few days, but I ended up waiting 2 weeks to get an automated rejection email. Apparently they have a revamped recruiting program and trying to do new things so this seems like a good up and coming place for college grads to work however I was displeased with the follow up process.

One went over my resume briefly, asking typical questions. The other was more traditional behavioral questions and some situational "what would you do if.." type of questions.
