      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2010

      I applied, then three weeks later I was emailed a letter asking for my ethnicity for EOE laws in California. I had declined to state my ethnicity when I applied. So I later emailed my ethnic background to them as they requested and I was later denied an offer, (Of an interview). I find this very odd.

      Phone Screening Interview with HR Representative was straightforward, and enjoyable. Questions pertained to your work experience, educational background and future goals. The Human Resources Representative was very cordial and took time to explain the hiring process, job expectations and benefits. Within a few days, I was contacted with an offer. Overall painless process.

      It was an interview with claims managers and department heads. They allowed me to ask questions and well and provided a generally easy discussion and interview. Overall a rather good experience.

      First it is an interview with HR (phone interview). Second step is an online test - Use of English. Third step is a final online interview. It takes about 3-4 weeks.
