I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AIG (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
I attended a Superday in New York where I interviewed with 3 people for the HR internship. There were 20-25 people in the morning session interviewing for roles in various departments. There was a breakfast/networking session and then the interviews. I interviewed with three different divisions of HR and three people who were at various stages in their careers, which was nice.
To be honest, I went into this interview not sure if HR/AIG was the right fit for me, but hoping that by meeting in person, I would figure it out. After meeting representatives from the company and participating in the Superday, I realized that it is not the environment that I want to work in.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and had to admit to it. How did this affect your future work?
I received a Hirevue interview the next day after sending in my resume. The questions were fairly easy and what you would expect. Mostly behavioral questions that were mostly like problem solving based and nothing to do with my past experience
Hirevue interview and then emailed regarding a super day. The super day consisted of one more interview virtual with a hiring manager. I've heard it is typically three interviews though.
Easy, it was a Hirevu Interview with some behavioral questions. A couple of questions on team work, time management, and expectations from the role were asked. Overall, it was a good experience.
