AIG Manager interview questions

Straightforward process with the opportunity to connect with several senior leaders. Explanation on duties and responsibilities were clear and objective. I was also given the option to speak with current employees in the same role in order to better understand the day to day activities.

I went through two rounds and I was just called back for my final round. The first round is just to get to know a little about your background. If you're invited back for the 2nd round you will be in a room with around 25 individuals and you will fill out a questionnaire and learn about the company and more about the process on how to become an agent and manager.
