I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Liverpool, Inglaterra) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied online then got an email to go in for an interview not long after. It was a group interview in the store, the interviewer asked each candidate about themselves then asked questions to the group as a whole
There were automated questions which I had to complete prior to being able to be interviewed via telephone. They questioned a variety of things including what would you do in life like situations. I liked that it wasn’t just based on your cv.

Interview
The interview process starts with an online assessment, asking a few questions about yourself and hypothetical scenarios where you are asked how would you solve and act. The scenarios aren't difficult, as a person that worked in customer service, these are quite basic interactions in day to day life working in retail. Following, I had an interview with the Area Manager, which went smoothly, just as to know me and what type of a person I am, didn't take long. Lastly, there is an interview with the Store Manager of the store you are going to work in, it is more for that person to meet you and for them to show you the store and to meet few of you colleagues, to make the transition smoothly.
