I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jul 2018
Interview
One to one interview followed by a store experience interview for 2 hours. The one to one interview was really nice, it was just getting to know the manager and the manager getting to know you. Gives you a chance to ask questions which I think is always useful.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Basingstoke, England) in Jul 2018
Interview
Held in a coffee shop because the store is still being built so fairly relaxed. Interview only lasted about 20 minutes. Had to do a basic maths test, (why does my brain always freeze when faced with these things?). I was asked a couple of questions and was given the chance to ask my own, so asked how many would be likely to be working at any given time on the shop floor and what they're looking for in an employee. Lovely lady interviewing who really put me at ease.

Interview
Interview was with one of the managers, asked standard interview questions - about me and previous experience mainly. She told me about the job and what it would entail - she was particular that you had to be physically fit for the job and she asked me if I would be able for it.
