Interview
Interviewed for the position and thought it was fine. Overall, easy interview they just want people to manage the cash register for customers every day. I declined because I found a better job elsewhere.

Interview
Received a text to attend an open house. Arrived on-time. Had to stand in line along the first row of groceries along with close to 30 people. Almost every customer that came in thought we were in line to check out or they asked what we were doing. I saw several leave. Waited in line for 1 hour and 45 minutes, while customers squeezed in between us to grab groceries, before getting a 5 minute interview. My available hours were not what they were looking for which I understand. I felt they should have announced what they were looking for at the beginning of the open house. I'm sure more than half of the people would have been eliminated and left. Also, seemed like the interviewer was just repeating the same conversation over and over. Was really excited about the company before the open house, but not after. I felt it was degrading and a waste of my time.
