I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Milwaukee, WI) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was very relaxed and comfortable. The interviewer didn't have a set of questions but made it more of a conversation. They did leave ample time for me to ask all questions I had about the position.
It was a 3 round interview. Meet at career fair, then a zoom call, then a person interview at headquarters with store tour and dc tour. The questions were pretty simple.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Jul 2022
Interview
Starts with a recorded video interview through HireVue. It composed of 5 questions with 3 tries on each question. 2 weeks later I was scheduled for an interview with a director via Microsoft teams. It was a disappointing experience as they seem very uninterested and unengaged in the interview. They asked very basic, shallow questions and didn’t really dive deep into experience, situations, or skills. Interview lasted maybe 15 mins. They didn’t really open up the floor to discuss background or accomplishments. Interviewer was very scripted and seemed to rush the process.
