I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (South Windsor, CT) in Apr 2023
Interview
Pre-recorded video on HireVue, there are a total of five questions. You can record each question three times, and the max time mark for all of them is 3 min. The interview is initiated via platform, so there's no way/reach point if you haven't heard back and wanted to check.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Mar 2023
Interview
The company was very good at communicating. The interview process was two-part. One virtual and the other in-person. Overall, easy and not daunting process. I'd say prepare ahead of time and practice a lot.

The interview was more casual rather than behavior-based.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Boston, MA) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process was shockingly disorganized and unprofessional. They reach out and tell you they are interested in moving forward (automated email) and then will go radio silent after sending info about an interview. There is no answer to any follow up emails and they do not care about the time of any applicants. Stay away from this company, easily the worst recruitment process I've ever seen. The poor reputation is deserved.
