I applied online and two days later got invited to an interview. The interview lasted around 20 minutes where she asked about your interests,hobbies,what you know about Aldi,why you want to work at Aldi etc basic interview questions. Aldi like to test on scenario questions as well which are similar to the ones that you have to answer during the application for the job.Then at the end I had to complete a basic maths test, which you were timed for 5 minutes consisting of 10 answers like if a customers had a £10 and £5, but their shopping was £11.37 what would be their change-questions similar to that but was very easy.

You had to answer questions online first then an online interview, but it was with an automated AI person and then I went into the store for an interview with the area manager.
