I applied online and got called in for an individual assesment within a week. The Interview lasted around 15 mins with the area manager. He asked questions about what im currently doing, why i want to work at Aldi. After the questions he walked me back down to the shop floor and told me i would hear within a week if they want to go ahead with the application further.

Easy and straight forward. Maths and english test was included and then followed by panel interview with the store and area manager both present. When through to the next stage offered a store day for training.
