ALDI interview questions

Very fast and rushed interview consisting of very few questions relating to the job responsibilities. The recruiter did not have much knowledge of what the district manager position requires. Poor quality on their end.

The interview process was highly organized and professional. The team was friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere, which made it easy to share my experiences. Overall, I found the experience to be very positive and encouraging.
