ALDI interview questions

In person interview with area manager. The interview took place in an office. It was just him interviewing me. The interview was like a conversation with both of us talking back and forth.

Applied online, was sent invitation to attent a group assessment the following week. As per the invitation, the assessment was between 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm, but started late and finished at 6.30 pm. I didn't like the manager's attitude and the spent most of the time going through a presentation and saying you need to achieve this and that. Definitely not a group assessment; instead to identify who was going to do as instructed.
