Supper unprofessional company. As I described there will be 3 stages: 1. Some interview 2. External test 3. Onsite interview I passed 2 steps. They disappeared for a couple of weeks. Then suddenly HR called and said I was invited to 3rd (onsite), we arranged dates and I needed to buy tickets. So I bought tickets. And the day before the flight they told me something happened and canceled the interview. In a week or so we scheduled new dates for the onsite. I bought new tickets. HR calls me saying that the interview was canceled AGAIN (now the reason that they picked another candidate). Of course, I won't be surprised if I won't get money for the tickets from this 'company'. But I can only imagine what chaos is happening there.
