The hiring process at ALDI takes an average of 5 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Cajero had the quickest hiring process (on average 5 days), whereas Cajero roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 5 days).
The interviewer was cold and mean during the entire interview (not a single smile). I asked for clarification on a question and she just simply repeated the question.
Side note: It also seems that once you apply for a District Manager role in a certain district, other districts automatically reject you if one doesn't like you.

Question 1
Can you tell me a time you made a decision that impact the life of others?
Online Application - Video Assessment - Virtual Interview with two managers - Final Interview with two directors.
The whole process was quick. However, you would most likely get an automated email if unsuccessful. The recruiters could not take the time to provide any feedback even after going all the way through to the final stage. Very disappointing. It also seems they have a culture of not responding to emails, from the recruiters to the directors.
Very simple process, although it took them a month to respond to my application. The first interview was with the District Manager, and the second one was with the store manager.
