Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to take control in a leadership setting
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ALDI
Interview
Very slow to get back to me regarding the next steps and had lots of gaps in the process, ended up doing a total of 4 Zoom calls/phone interviews only to not receive an offer. Also found out I didn't receive an offer over a month after doing my last interview
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Aurora, IL) in Feb 2024
Interview
After applying, I received an invitation for a phone screening a week later. I was then given an opportunity to interview, but the date was set for 3 weeks after that. It was then pushed back another week, and then pushed back AGAIN another 2 weeks. After the interview, I was told I would hear back one way or the other by the end of the following week. I heard nothing and received no reply to any emails for over 3 weeks, before finally getting an automated email saying they moved forward with other candidates. Overall, the experience lasted over 2 months and was not handled professionally or respectfully by the recruiter or the HR department.
