The hiring process at ALDI takes an average of 5 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Cajero had the quickest hiring process (on average 5 days), whereas Cajero roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 5 days).
The video interview is quite annoying. You have to prepare or answer question in a rush. The candidate only has 30 sec to prepare and 60 sec to answer some questions, which have many sub-questions. I mean, I can read all the info in 15 sec, but 15 seconds are not enough for me to organise my thoughts, and 60 seconds are not enough to have a complete answer either.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was a phone interview. They asked me typical STAR questions and questions regarding my experience. They also asked about what I thought I would gain from the position. All in all it went pretty fast, less than thirty minutes.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (California City, CA) in Jan 2023
