I interviewed at ALDI (Preston, North West England, England)
Interview
Jumped through a lot of hoops to get to f2f interview, wanted part-time, didn’t get the job. Lasted 40 minutes and seemed to go well. Not sure if there was an actual job at all as Aldi run a permanent add for the same position, and for managers too.
2 interviews based t two different locations where they ask you about previous experience in previous roles and how they align with the job and how you can contribute to the team and what values you have and why you want to work for them
I applied through other source. I interviewed at ALDI (Runcorn, England)
Interview
Interview process was long, but nothing unnecessary. Lots of valid steps to the process which gave me confidence in working for the company, it shows they care about hiring the right people.
