I interviewed at ALDI (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process was mostly smooth and professionally handled. Initial communication was prompt, and the scheduling was flexible, which I appreciated. However, there were moments where the process felt drawn out, particularly between later stages where feedback took longer than expected. Some of the questions felt repetitive across interviews, and it wasn’t always clear what each stage was assessing. That said, the interviewers were friendly, well-prepared, and gave good insight into the role and company culture. Overall, it was a decent experience, though a bit more structure and timely feedback would have made it stronger.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Melbourne) in Feb 2021
Interview
Group interview, very competitive, lots of people with high levels of experience in other supermarket chains. I had worked in a small fruit and veg store before and felt under qualified compared to others who had held managing positions at Cole’s or Woolworths and it was only a checkout role.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Beaumont, CA)
Interview
I applied online and I was invited to a group interview, but you wait in a line and you're interviewed in groups of two in an office. Afterwards, you receive a phone call interview with the store's district manager. Then I got an email saying I've been offered the job and I just had to accept it and fill out the paperwork online. Pretty quick process like around 2 weeks.
