The hiring process at ALDI takes an average of 5 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Cajero had the quickest hiring process (on average 5 days), whereas Cajero roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 5 days).
I applied for a position and got contacted for another one that wasn't published on their website, I didn't get a description of the job with all the responsibilities etc. they only sent the perks of working with aldi. I had a phone interview with the HR and then an interview with the team leader and HR.
A group of interviewees showed up but no one at Aldi had heard of the "hiring event" that day, which was set up by an ai bot called Olivia, and there was no way to contact any human, so we all just left, and I never heard from aldi again about what went wrong
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Lakeland, FL) in Jun 2025
Interview
more like a cattlecall, showed up for scheduled interview with 20-25 others, 20 minute interview does not allow enough time for true candidate interview, received thanks but no thanks email within a day
