ALDI interview questions

A series of interviews. First starting off with online questions where you record yourself answering them. Next, is a phone interview, then group/in person interviews. It’s a well rounded company so as expected, the interviews aren’t entirely easy, but definitely not hard!

It was a group interview where we had to analyse situations at the workplace and put them in the correct order. It was quite challenging. We then heard back from them within 48 hrs if we were invited for a 1 to 1 interview. I am not sure how they decide who to invite next, as I have not passed the group assessment this time, even though I have 6 years of experience in customer assitstance.
