The interview was very good , she kept the atmosphere very relaxed.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Perth, Australia Occidental) in Feb 2016
Interview
Attend the group interview, last about less than 1.5 hours. They spend first 40-45 minutes to introduce ALDI's history and why they can offer lower price goods than Coles and Woolworth. Then comes to the group interview. It is just an HR staff seat in the little group and ask normal questions. Candidates answered the questions one by one. Finally there is a brief summary.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied for above post online. They state that it takes half an hour to complete all tests and scenarios. It does not. I am quite well-educated but it actually takes 1,5 hours to save the their HR a lot of time. Applied in December, invited for interview in February.
Could choose between x 2 appointments with 15 minutes gap between them. Considering that I was supposed to start the process at 14:00, the person only started interviewing me with a 15 minutes delay. It was a joke..Never apologized or explained why being late. This also resulted in me being late for work...
