Question 1
1. Have you ever been written up at work ?
2. Were you ever late ?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Batavia, IL) in May 2015
Interview
Phone Interview, Practical Test (Word, Excel, etc), First Interview with Hiring Manager, Second Interview with Hiring Manager and their Supervisor, Drug/Background Screening, and 4 weeks of training. I used a staffing agency, so the practical test may have been different, but everything else was the same. The interview questions are standard but hard-hitting. Interviewers are generally very friendly and not overly intimidating.
