ALDI interview questions

Phone Interview, Practical Test (Word, Excel, etc), First Interview with Hiring Manager, Second Interview with Hiring Manager and their Supervisor, Drug/Background Screening, and 4 weeks of training. I used a staffing agency, so the practical test may have been different, but everything else was the same. The interview questions are standard but hard-hitting. Interviewers are generally very friendly and not overly intimidating.

Went to hiring event, was asked to fill out form and asked a couple of simple questions. I was told I would hear back in about 5 days if they're interested, never got a call back.
