I applied through my college campus career services online portal. The first round of interns are cut down to students with a GPA above a 3.0. I was then invited to a informational dinner the night before my first round interview. They Vice Presidents do a great job of getting students excited about the employment opportunities at ALDI, they present about the internships and the District Manager Trainee experience and training program.
The first round interview is straight-forward. They will ask you questions about ALDI and your interest in working there as well as about experiences you have listed on your resume.
The second round interview is quite a bit more intense. You will have 5-7 short interviews with the senior managers and Vice President of the division you are being considered for.
