Was invited to interview for the position along with 7 other candidates--the process took most of the day (~8 hours) with a test of basic skills, interviews with multiple managers/important people at the office, and discussions of what would be expected of us should we pass their review. Unfortunately, it was made pretty clear that they had a preferred candidate already--it seemed as though he was treated with extreme preference.

Was called in and sat down for interview, a lot of questions about theft and criminal past. After the first interview, I was sent in to meet the store manager to see behind the scenes and what the job entailed, and then called back by district manager to sit down and talk about salary and drug testing
