Interview
The interveiw process was three seperate interviewsAll of the interviews each of the district managers that are looking o hire you ask the same question multiple tiimes in different ways to see if you answer differently,Their are very long pauses after each answer making you feel like you need to add more to the answer like you didt answer it suffeciently.I left the last interview feeling like i did not get the job and i felt like i was interviewing for the secrect service. It was a very serious tension in the room.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Faribault, MN) in Nov 2011
Interview
I applied online through my schools career website. I was invited to a pre-night dinner before the first interview. I was invited to a second round of interviews at the company's headquarters in Faribault. I informed that there may be a third round if they still needed to narrow the field. I was offered a job one week after the final round of interviews.

Question 1
Tell me about your progression through life... what got you here?
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ALDI in Feb 2012
Interview
I learned about this position through my campus recruiter. I emailed my resume in November and received a letter stating they were not interested. In Jan I received a call from an Aldi recruiter stating that they wanted to interview me. I met with the District Operations Manager and it went well. 2 weeks later I called for the status and I was invited to view a presentation and have another 1:1 interview afterwards. During the interview I learned that they lost quite of few DM's to a national retailer that I use to work for and I was told that they don't hire people from that retailer. I was like, "really" of course he said he was just joking but sure enough 1 week later I received a "thanks but no thanks" letter. Probably for the best.
