The night before the interview, ALDI invited myself and 7 other soon to be college graduates to dinner and information session about the company and the position. The interview was the next day, and they first went through my resume, asking about each specific position and difficult situations I've encountered and how I dealt with them. They then asked a few questions, such as greatest strength/weakness, most influential/inspiring person in my life. Finally, they asked questions about drug use and criminal history. The only question I was asked that caught me off guard was what was the riskiest thing I've done and not been caught. Other than that, all normal interview questions, very straight forward.
