ALDI Store Associate interview questions

Completed an online questionnaire. Was successful at that so had the group interview and was successful at that. Then a one to one assessment which I passed and should really be the final stage when they offer you the job. But they had accepted more people than jobs available which was explained to me at the store experience. I was told the Area Manager had gone on holiday for 2 weeks leaving all the candidates sitting on their hands waiting to hear back which I and other candidates at the store experience was ridiculous and showed very little respect for potential future employees. Finally heard back after over a month since the beginning of the process and was unsuccessful.
