ALSTOM Developer interview questions

The recruitment process was pretty straightforward and included the submission of a CV followed by a face to face interview. The interview lasted for a little more than 1 hour. Overall, a good learning experience.

The first interview was by HR, so it was a behavioural interview. It went well, so the 2nd interview was made the following week. Some basic technical questions were asked, I answered a few wrong. A week later, HR called me and said I was still in the running and but they were still interviewing other candidates, also HR wanted me to fill out a form for a background check. A week and a half later, HR called and wanted me to take a pre employment medical check... which was scheduled a week after. I felt the whole process was very shady, it felt like a stalling tactic until they could find a better candidate.
