AT&T BLDP interview questions

The interview process was the usual behavioral interviews and the 3rd round was a case project. During the 3rd round, the recruiter expressed doubt in my fit for the job because I did not have a traditional technology or business background. To me, this illustrated that AT&T recruiters are not clear or consistent about what they are looking for in new hires.
