I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T in Mar 2011
Interview

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
First interview is in person on campus. It is relaxed and full of behavioral questions but there is leeway to talk about experiences and other things. The second interview is online with prerecorded questions and you have 3 seconds before you give a 2 minute reply. Third round is at the location of the internship - this part is the hardest but most fun.
