Joining the company is based on passing a technical rest, language test and a final interview that includes a roleplay. Each of the steps requires around 40 minutes of availability. It was a virtual interview conducted via a Skype video call, which was based on an agreed GMT time and date through email exchange.
A manager and a subordinate staffer interviewed me for a certain stretch of time.

Describe the roles you played in the past employment offers you have accepted.
It was pretty straight forward and consise. The interviewee for round 2 mr maurecio is a very friendly guy & always replies to emails in a timely manner. He also left no questions unanswered during the interview call with all candidates. The lady from at&t background is also very good at emailing and answering questions in a timely fashion.
