Interview
I applied directly on the website and then was sent an email to do an assessment (which you have to pass so if youre not sure ask somebody you think knows). You'll know if you pass because then you'll be sent a request to do a video interview I got mine 11 hours after taking the assessment which by the way also had some weird memory game you had to play afterwards. The video interview is easier then others I've taken in the past because you can rerecord your answer if you don't feel like you did well enough. A lot if the video interview questions are already on here but one question I remember is tell me about a time you had to upsell. The next day I got a call from a talent acquisition guy and he set me up for an interview 2 days later. The face to face interview consisted of answering general questions like tell me about yourself then behavioral/situational questions and lastly a role play where I had to pretend to be a CSR. I just made something up I said thank you for calling at&t how can I assist you today, i would be happy to assist you with that, your bill changed because of this, anything else?, thank you for calling. I got an email 2 days later and was told I got the job and thefn I had to do a conference call to get the information for a drug test and background check also was told about benefits and a little bit about life at at&t. I was worried about the background just because I lied aboutg how long I work at a call center. I only worked there for 7 months and put down I worked there for a year and a half but I still got the job. They use hirerugyt and because I wanted things to move faster I put the corrects dates I worked at my old job on hire right and I uploaded my pay stubs.
