Phone screen will be completed initially and will follow up with an in person interview. From there if selected you will hear back from HR within 2-3 business days. The questions are very customer service and sales based. Availability is a huge factor in employment. It is retail so you’re expected to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Situational questions asked by 3 current managers. Questions are focused around past events such as, “tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer!” The interviewer expects every story to end on a positive note.
