AT&T Sales Associate interview questions

The interview went well, I was told that I was going to receive an email for another interview but I was never contacted. I never received an interview. I was also told that they wanted to hire someone who spoke Spanish. I understand Spanish but that wasn't in the job description and only hiring for a speaker is a little discrimination since it's not really required for the job.
