I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AT&T (Houston, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
Very relaxed and casual. It took place in an office and continued with lunch I was asked a series of questions over lunch and had to respond pretty quickly. The whole time I felt relaxed.
Interview went very well and was told I was a prime candidate for the position. I was then promptly ghosted after the interview. Very unprofessional of a company like AT&T to do.
Interview process was cordial. Communication skills were paramount. You were tested on sales skills by being ask to sell the interviewer a pen that they handed you. This also tested your ability to think on your feet.
