I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Milán) in Jan 2013
Interview
the hiring is good enough! it consists of 3 phases: an assessment, an interview with a manager and an interview with an Accenture leader. The first one was with other 8 people and each one with no experience or just a little: the nice thing is that we were together in a room facing a couple of issues introduced by the interviewer to check our skills and see how we interacted between us. The second interview was with a manager who actually hired me within his project. He was busy at that time so the interview was easy. Also the third one was easy, because once you pass the first one it is assumed that you've the capabilities to work in this environment.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2015
Interview
Interview consisted of 2 rounds. The first was a video recording interview where you will be given roughly 6-8 questions, a minute to prepare your answer and then 3 minutes to record your answer. Two tries were allowed for each question. There is also some short question that you have to type like starting date and expected salary.
My second round was an assessment centre held in London sometime in March 2015, where there activities were held. My first activity was a case study, where I was given a booklet of information of a company to study for 20 minutes. This was then followed by a 30 minutes interview session where I was asked to identify 3 problems the company in the booklet is facing and proposed 3 solutions. Be ready to defend your answers or you will be grilled by the interviewer. One should also read through the whole booklet ASAP as most of the info will be at the back.
The second activity was a group presentation of 4 people. The third was a 30 minutes competency interview. Mine was conducted with the MD. Some of my friends had theirs with the HR. The arrangement of the activities will defer, as they will conduct the activities concurrently with several groups of interviewees.
I waited for almost 3 months before finally being offered a job in June. So don't worry too much if you had not heard back from them in 1-2 months. Their HR are really understaffed and can be a tad slow.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Washington, DC) in May 2013
Interview
interview was easy going, especially if you have the skill the company is looking for. hiring manager was able to help me answer all the question i had about the position, which was the same as what i applied for.
