first round was aptitude..quants, logical, non verbal, verbal....cleared the first round then second round i thought it would be a face to face interview..but it was a GD round..people of 5..a topic was given and we were asked to speak..all spoke..some were not able to speak..but people who did nt speak well also got placed..i dont know on what basis they selected
