I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2015
Interview
Everyone was very professional and friendly. Apart from interviewers, they brought in fresh-graduates in their ACP cohort to talk to us. The atmosphere was quite good, we had been asked to view other candidates at the assessment centre as teammates rather than competitors. In the one-to-one interview, I was asked to recap on group activity and personal contribution before moving on to more admin style questions. Make sure your answers are clear and concise, back up your points with irrefutable rationale. I was observed by more than 5 people in total, with one of the group stage assessors interviewing me for the final one-on-one interview.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Milán) in Jun 2015
Interview
After a first phone screen (where they present you the position and salary), the process is divided in 3 steps:
1. Assessment with 10 people: you have to present yourself and elaborate two case studies. There is no "right" solution, it's important to contribute to the "group solution". The first part is in English and the second one in Italian. Since the group is really big, the main problem was the timing.
2. Manager Interview: it starts with your CV and experience, and continues with some behavior questions (in order to see if you can couple with consulting). In the end there is a small estimation problem (really easy).
3. Director Interview: the questions are only about your expectations upon consulting (since your competences are already been evaluated in the previous steps). Really easy.

Assessment: 2 non technical Business cases, no direct questions
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Accenture (Varsovia, Mazovia) in May 2015
Interview
I had the first interview by phone, it lasted half an hour. Questions were oriented to my motivation for the position, then 2nd interview was scheduled.
2nd interview and the more important was one hour.
I had 3 interviewers : HR Consultant, an HR assistant and the team leader responsible for the department I am applying for.
So I had first questions about my motivations for the position, then about my previous experiences and how can they help me bring value to accenture team.
Then I had more technical questions from the team leader which were honestly average questions.
