Interview
After graduation I applied for Accenture in Milan, the interview process was as follows:
the first interview is a group one with 8 other people. Brief presentation of everyone and then "role playing games"
on every game the purpose was to impersonate a subject in some particular situation and then the group needed to cooperate to find a solution
the second interview was with two manager level, standard questions about yourself and then again very short "role playing games"
the third interview is with an associate, it is basically a copy of the previous one in my case without the role playing games
