Interview
I had two phone interviews and an office visit. The first phone interview focused on my resume. The second phone interview was behavioral and consisted of a lot of "tell me about a time when..." The office visit began with a PowerPoint presentation led by current Analysts. Then, I was brought to three different offices to meet with different senior level consultants. These interviews were much like the first two. They were looking to make sure that I was a good personality fit more than anything else.
The interview was for the position of Analyst in the Telecom Domain. The first round scheduled by the HR was a telephonic technical round. It was a short round lasting for about 30 mins. The focus was mainly on understanding my current line of work and whether I was a good fitment for their position or not. There were a couple of questions on the eTOM model.

With respect to the eTOM model, what is the difference between a service and resource?
Explain the difference between service and resource with respect to Telecom services like BB or Mobility.
With respect to eTOM Level 2, which are the areas that you have worked on?

Interview
Applied online in March 2014. Got phone interview 2 days later. The telephone interview least for 1 hour, including a mini case study in the end. There are motivation questions, e.g., why do you choose consulting and Do you know of any projects Accenture has worked on?. (prepare as much as cases you can, they asked me 4 but I only prepared 3....). Other questions are competency based, such as example for leadership, example for teamwork and example for improving a process. The case study was not to difficult but you need make sure your answers are logical.
