3 rounds of interview with Manager, Senior Manager and Managing Director 1st round mainly resume background 2nd round is behavior asking whether you have encountered a particular situation (e.g. solve a difficult issue, working with a team, etc). Just describe the situation and how you resolve it in a systematic way and should be fine. 3rd round just a quick chat with MD and some questions on past experience on resume

The first step after I sent in the CV and cover letter was online tests. I was then invited to an interview day at their Stockholm office. The day consisted of one personal interview and three cases. Two of them were short "guesstimate"-cases and one was a longer business case.
