Accenture Analyst interview questions

There were 4 rounds of interviews including 2 telephonic, 1 video conference and 1 HR round. The interviews were conducted very smoothly and were communicated efficiently. The entire process took 15 day only starting from resume shortlisting to getting the offer letter. I am really satisfied with the interview and on boarding process at Accenture Consulting

1. Discussion with HR where company is presented and vision is explained. Personal questions regarding the candidate allowing HR represantitive to form the "people" perspective of the candidate 2. Cognity tests containing shapes and questions regarding which is the next step based on the already presented steps 3. Programming tests containing questions for C++, Java, SQL, VB .NET 4. Upon results from previous steps, interview is conducted with company managers where the most "technical" aspect of the candidate's is assessed
