The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2011
Interview
Applied online. 1st went to an informational interview. Had a good idea what the company did but could not get a clear picture of how I would fit in. 2nd round interview a few days later focused more on my background. Interview read questions off a sheet and asked several questions that I had already answered in a previous statement as if she wasn't paying attention to what I was saying. Didn't get a really good vibe about the company from either interviewer.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2011
Interview
I applied through my college career center. The first two rounds were on campus. The first round I talked about internships and extra-curriculars that were on my resume and she told me more about Accenture and the Analyst position. It lasted 30 minutes.
The 2nd round interview was an hour long behavioral interview. She asked me "Tell me about a time where you faced an unanticipated setback", "Tell me about a time where you had to manage a large amount of data", and "Tell me about a time you had to work with someone that didn't agree with you." She asked very specific questions about each experience, so try to pick something recent. She asked me to describe specific conversations and meetings, recalling many details.
Third round interview was at their offices. There were two 1:1 interviews, lunch, and a presentation about Accenture and the analyst role.
