Interview
I applied to Accenture through my career website, and was contacted about a first round on campus interview.
1st Interview - 1:1 interview
This interview was mostly about my resume. Why I wanted to work for Accenture, why consulting and then she asked a series of questions about my experiences and what I learned from them. This part was pretty easy, I think she was just checking to make sure I could present myself properly and speak well. Most of the interview consisted of me asking questions about her experiences and the position. I've heard other first rounds are more structured though.
2nd round - Phone interview
A week or so later I was contacted about a phone interview, which I scheduled for about a month after my first round (their scheduling, not mine). This was primarily situation questions. Where I was asked how I reacted to 6 or so situations and what I learned from them. This was considerably more challenging than the first round interview. The situations were a little out of left field for me, and not typical of other situational interviews that I've had.
3rd round - 2 1:1 Interviews and a presentation/networking opportunity
Final round interviews took place around a month after my 2nd rounds and consisted of a 15 minute presentation with an HR rep and an opportunity to talk with other consultants and analysts before we were called in for our actual interviews. I was interviewing with other management consultant hopefuls as well as students interviewing for SI&T roles. My first interview was a case, which they have just started using in their interviews. The rest of the interview consisted of resume questions and conversation about her background. The second interview was straight behavioral. He asked several questions about my resume, a few situational questions, but mostly I asked questions about his experience with Accenture.

Interview
The inital part of the interviewing process is quite simple, an HR recruiter contacts you and says that they are interested in considering you for a position. From this point the potential job seeker must send the company a copy of their college transcripts. A recruiter than contacts you to set up the first interview. In the first interview the job seeker is asked about certain things on their resume and is required to explain in full detail their experiences, volunteer work, classwork, etc.
