The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2009
Interview
The application process consists of 3 parts, an online application form, a 45 minute competency based interview and a 2nd round interview.
The initial application form was thorough and asks for academic achievements, questions about Accenture and your motivation for applying to Accenture.
The first round interview was around 45 minutes in length and involved questions about your CV, some general competency based questions and a mini case study.
The second round interview consists of an in-tray exercise, a group activity, a case study and role play session and a final one-to-one interview.
Advice for the first interview: make sure you know about Accenture and reasons for applying as well as having a realistic view of what you will be doing day-to-day as an analyst.
Second interview: If you've got to this stage, you will have to do several exercises and a group activity. If you've got to this stage you've done pretty well, but you will to prove you are a well rounded person with problem solving abilities as well as being able to deal with others (in the group exercise).
