I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Vienna, VA) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process at Accenture was a positive and professional experience. It started with online analytical tests along with some run of the mill problem-solving skills. Nothing overly challenging.
After that I was scheduled for a video call with somebody from HR. It was basically a run through of my resume and my goals. Quite a nice chat an only about 30 min!
Then I later advanced to the technical interview. It was a bit more intense, but I had done some case study practice tests and felt I was prepared and did well in this one.
About two weeks later, I was called for a final round. It was focused on teamwork and interpersonal skills. Still waiting on an offer to hear one way or another. It's been more than a month since the last interview.

Interview
The only round we had was the final HR round that asked basic accounting questions like golden rules, and some other behaviour questions like what my strengths and weaknesses are, why I want to work in Accenture etc.
It was not that great the interviewer was bit rude and wanted very precise answers and was bit in hurry to wind up the interview. He was also 10 mins late in the call
